Faber-Castell, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality products for writing, colouring and creative design officially opened its first exclusive boutique in Singapore.

Located at ION Orchard mall, the boutique will offer customers the complete Faber-Castell product range, from its signature graphite pencils, children’s art packs, to the Graf von Faber-Castell luxury line of hand-made pens.

Available at the boutique includes unusual items produced by Faber-Castell such as the World's smallest pencil, oldest pencil and most expensive pencil retailing at $20,800.

In addition, pen collectors can also look forward to the Graf von Faber-Castell Pen of the Year 2009 made of horsehair - a world's first.

Count Anton Wolfgang von Faber-Castell and Count Andreas von Faber-Castell were present for the store's opening.
