What was described to be the most desired Grand Prix event was certainly a big hit among Singapore's glitterati.

500 of Singapore's ultra high society were invited to the Crystal Ball held at the Ritz-Carlton Millenia.

A generous charity auction  of F1 memorabilia was a part of the evening with proceeds going to the Down Syndrome Association of Singapore.
