Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA), The International Foundation for Arts and Culture (IFAC) and Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA), organised the 2nd ASEAN & Asia Forum at the Meritus Mandarin Hotel.

The forum was followed by a dinner with H.E. Brigadier General George Yeo, Minister for Foreign Affairs as the guest of honour.
