Omega, the luxury Swiss watch brand, celebrated its first collaboration with the inaugural Youth Olympic Games in Singapore with the official opening of the 'Great Olympic Moments in Time' exhibition.

Together with more than 200 invited guests, the event commemorated Omega's long standing involvement with the Olympic Games.

The night presented guests the opportunity to discover Omega's rich Olympic history with displays of the brand's unique timekeeping equipment.

The main atrium at ION Orchard was transformed to showcase Omega's innovations that included the early 1932 pocket watches, the classic 1956 Omega Seamaster and the current day Olympic Timeless Collection watches.

The emcee of the evening was Zhang Tingjun.

Mr David Ponzo, President of Swatch Group, Singapore and Malaysia and Vice President of Omega, South East Asia and Mr Eric Tan, Chief Oeprating Officer, Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee officialy launched the event by ringing the Olympic Bell.

Guests were treated to musical performances by Vanessa Fernandez and jazz band, Dawn Ho and Company.
