Offering a global outlook with insider and expert knowledge, it offers dining and travel information, insights and recommendations.
Gourmet & Travel also highlights the latest dining trends, along with profiles on wine lovers who have amassed impressive wine collections over the years.
There is also a comprehensive feature on the things a potential vineyard owner should know before he takes the plunge.
The debut issue of Gourmet & Travel will also unveil the results of the first G Restaurant Awards.
With its listing of Singapore’s finest restaurants – in categories such as Best Business Lunch, Best Dinner Experience, Outstanding Service, Most Innovative Menu and Best Wine List – the winners were arrived at after incognito tastings and a grading system by a panel of food experts.
The winning restaurants, several of which may come as no surprise to gourmet diners, were presented their awards at the inaugural G Restaurant Awards ceremony.
