The only fold phone in the Vertu range is the Constellation Ayxta, a new addition to the Vertu portfolio.

Vertu Constellation Ayxta displays clean lines and subtle detailing with accents of the Vertu V shape throughout.

It consists of sapphire keys in night blue and plum.

These keys have been engineered from the same sapphire crystal as the handset’s screen and are very durable.

The colour of the keys is complemented by matching leathers on the exterior of the phone.

The Ayxta models offer, for the first time, red and black alligator skins.

Each skin has been carefully selected by Vertu from sustainable sources that conform to CITES, the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.

The skins are tanned in Italy by a tannery specialising in the processing of alligator skins and then coated with a ‘safari traité’ coating for durability.

The Ayxta Tempo Collection is another addition to the range with newly developed vivid leather colours in bright yellow and purple.

These handsets feature polished stainless steel detailing and a centre select key set with a semi-precious stone that mirrors the colour of the leather.

The Constellation Ayxta range is also extended by the addition of a new handset featuring mixed metals.

Constellation Ayxta Silver Ceramic and Constellation Ayxta Blue Ceramic represent a year of material development to achieve a perfect consistency of colour on the ceramic parts of this collection.

Each handset features leather that is perfectly matched to the ceramic and a polished stainless steel centre select key.

In the execution of this design, a combination of aluminium, stainless steel and 18 carat yellow gold has been used to complement and highlight design elements of the phone.

For those who like a feminine colour, the Constellation Ayxta also comes in Pink.

It's aptly called the Pink Constellation Ayxta.
