Swire Hotels officially opened its newest lifestyle business hotel, EAST, at Island East on Hong Kong Island.

An opening ceremony including traditional ribbon-cutting and a lion dance was attended by senior Swire Properties management during the day.

In the evening, the launch party took place on the 32nd floor, rooftop lounge bar Sugar (Bar.Deck.Lounge) which provides an extensive al fresco terrace with views across the harbour.

EAST Hotel is designed by award-winning Hong Kong based architect and interior design studio CL3 Architects Ltd.
