High society's best celebrates Nautilus Project opening
by Plush|12 February 2012

Food & Beverage entrepreneur, Ingrid Prasatya, celebrated the official launch of her new flagship restaurant, The Nautilus Project at ION Orchard.

The launch was supported by high society's best attending the opening.

Capitalising on opportunities created by the downturn, Prasatya quite simply noticed a ‘gap’ in the market and made it her mission to satiate the appetites of a hungry clientele.

Director of The Society Group, Prasatya says, “Basically, there was no-one offering a mid to high-end seafood concept.

This was the perfect opportunity not just to fill the vacuum, but also build The Society Group brand by positioning The Nautilus Project as our new flagship.”

The Society Group’s Corporate Executive Chef Jason Dell says, “The Nautilus Project specialises in Pan Asian seafood and is a highly interactive dining concept, specifically designed so customers can enjoy a new lifestyle experience.”

With Corporate Executive Chef Jason Dell and Head Chef Lucas McMillan at the helm, smooth sailing is predicted for The Nautilus Project.
