Hong Kong, China: A Hong Kong shoe tycoon is suing his mistress because she broke an agreement not to have sex with anyone else, a report said Thursday.

Patrick Tang, 66, is demanding his mistress Karen Lee, 39, hand back properties worth 10 million Hong Kong dollars ($2 million), The Standard newspaper reported, citing a writ filed with the High Court.

Tang, who is married, said Lee had breached the no-sex condition under which he agreed to buy her several properties between 2002 and 2005, the report said.

According to the paper, the writ said Lee began an affair with a former Mr Hong Kong, Wong Cheung-fat, 23, in the last few months which made the agreement invalid.

Tang and Lee, who met in 2002, have a child together who was born in 2004, the English-language daily said. Tang runs a successful company and is known locally as “King of Shoes.”
