Had your steak and brunch at The Prime Society, then move on outside to the Society Bar, its latest addition. Made for discerning drinkers who know and appreciate their drinks, Society Bar serves and carries a range of premium labels of house pours.

One of the exclusive, hard-to-find labels is Valt – the luxury Scottish single malt barley vodka. Currently in Asia, only a few select bars in Singapore and Macau offer this premium brand to bar patrons.

Valt - the world's first single malt vodka - is the prime ingredient for Society Bar signature cocktails such as the Valtiroska, Muddy Valtini, Society Bloody Mary, and Valty Towers.

Sullivans Cove Whisky is also available in Society Bar’s menu of premium spirits and an exciting list of cocktails created for the bar. For the first time served outside of Tasmania, this sixth best whisky in the world is used to create the smooth and creamy Sully Shuffle.

Wine connoisseurs can look forward to Society Bar’s introduction of two premium wine labels - Astrolabe from New Zealand and Tinazzi from Italy - formerly only sold privately through Rubicon Reserve Wines. For the first time in Singapore, the wines will be sold by the glass. Similarly, all wines at the bar may also be ordered by the glass, as part of Society Bar’s effort to “bring the cellar to you”.

And house wines on recommendation are truly the real thing, not like other places where house pours are considered the cheapest and sometimes, nastiest tasting of the lot. House drinks in The Prime Society and Society Bar means what the house recommends that will reflect what the house represents in an affordable and palatable way. 

Cigar lovers - look no further. With the addition of a premium cigar selection to Society Bar, the intimate ambience resonates an old world charm and sophistication. Patrons who fancy a quality cigar can choose from a wide array of quality Habano cigars such as the Cohiba Siglo II and Punch Punch Punch. Other notable cigars include the  Romeo Y Julieta Exhibicion No. 4 and Montecristo No. 4.

Society Bar aims to complement The Prime Society as a pre-dinner meeting place and a post-dinner cocktail bar. The décor is a textured mix of raw elements such as exposed brick and dark wood slates contrasted against black marble tops. Furnished with sleek upholstered leather bar stools and matching high tables, you can also lounge back in sofas in the verandah overlooking lush greenery.

Not to be taken seriously, Society Bar has rather witty readings that accompany your drinks. Coasters with etiqutte guidelines on them. For instance, Society Bar Etiquette No. 34: Never make eye contact with the bartender unless you want a drink. Or Etiquette No. 74: if you spill a beer, clean it up. If you break a glass, wait for a staff member to clean it up, the blame it on someone else. Brilliant!
