Shopping to save the economy
by The New Paper|16 March 2010

Yes, she can.

Big spender Paris Hilton has promised to help the struggling economy by doing what she does best – shopping.

The heiress candidly revealed that the current economic crisis has not affected her
cashflow, as promoters still pay her thousands of dollars just to make an appearance at nightclubs.

And Hilton believes she can return the favour by giving the retail industry a boost.

She said in UK magazine Heat: “It’s really scary about the economy right now. So the way
I’m playing my part in helping is doing a lot of shopping wherever I go.”
